Ideation Workshops and facilitation

Complex problems rarely get solved in a meeting. They get solved when the right people are in a room with the right constraints, and a process that lets them think and build together. That is what we do. We design and lead structured co-creation sessions that move groups from tangled systemic challenges to focused, actionable ideas. Our "Sandbox" methodology, which Scott Francisco developed over years of practice, uses visible constraints and hands-on facilitation to help people explore, discover, and commit to real decisions in a single working session.

We believe co-design is one of the most powerful tools we have for engaging people and building their capacity to act. We have run these sessions with national governments reshaping their forestry sectors, with architecture and design firms, with conservation organizations, with youth in tropical forest communities, and with urban developers. We are not after premature consensus. We plant the seeds of long term change by getting the early, incremental decisions right, and by making sure every voice in the room is genuinely heard.
