Mass Timber consultation & workshops
We facilitate workshops grounded in the Mass Timber Tipping Point report to help architecture, forestry, and policy stakeholders identify leverage points and build actionable strategy for the mass timber ecosystem.

Forest restoration guidance, support & research
We plan, implement, and monitor forest restoration using science-based, place-based approaches. Our in-house expertise spans tropical and temperate systems, grounded in 20+ years of field experience and 35+ peer-reviewed publications.

Partner Forest programs & conservation timber
We co-design physical demonstration projects — conservation timber infrastructure, pavilions, and community hubs — that connect Partner Forest communities to city partners and new economic opportunities. Active programs in the Selva Maya, Mexico and Uaxactún, Guatemala.

Ideation facilitation workshops
We design and lead structured co-creation sessions that move groups from complex systemic challenges to focused, actionable ideas. Grounded in our Sandbox and Systemic Collaboration methodologies.

Public awareness campaigns & consumer communications
We design multilingual, multi-country campaigns — consumer guides, video assets, and M&E frameworks — that shift public understanding of forests, wood, and the built environment.

Forest Value Hub & community supply chain development
We co-design Forest Value Hubs with local communities, building the infrastructure and relationships needed to connect sustainably sourced timber to new markets. Recent work includes hubs in Guyana's interior forest communities.

City programme design & sustainable procurement policy
We help municipalities develop sustainable wood procurement policies — from scoping and staff training through to implementation, building certification pathways, and direct linkages to city buyers.

Systemic research, frameworks & knowledge tools
We produce original frameworks, decision-support guides, and interactive tools that translate frontier research into actionable resources for practitioners and policymakers.
